Moonlight Mesa Authors Prepare for Mesa Festival
Moonlight Mesa Associates authors are really looking forward to the Mesa Old West Days Festival in Mesa, Arizona, this November 7th and 8th.
Stoney Greywolf Bowers will be giving poetry readings from his first collection of poetry, Reflections from the Wilderness, and will be in attendance both days of the festival. The publisher has roped him in for the weekend!
The illusive Jere D. James, author of the increasingly popular Saving Tom Black, will be in attendance at irregular intervals, but promises to be there at least part of each day. This event is the BIG DEBUT for James' book, and the publisher will be offering it for a 25% discount to the first 100 buyers.
R.L. Coffield, author of the award-winning Northern Escape and the highly controversial, brutal Death in the Desert, will also be there.
Also, original Western artwork will be featured in the booth. Items range from $8.00 to $400.00. Moonlight Mesa accepts VISA or MasterCard. :)
The Mesa Festival kicks off a month of sales activities for the publishing company. "I am really excited about this event," the publisher said. "This is exciting and PERFECT for the launch of our Western genre! I'm ready to sign up for next year too...I'll have three more Western titles in print by then: JR Sanders' The Littlest Wrangler, Jere D. James' Apache, and Stoney Bowers' Native American Reflections.
Following the festivities in Mesa, the publisher will be participating in the Bluegrass Festival in Wickenburg Nov. 14th and 15th, the Scottsdale Artfest Nov. 21, and Safford's Cowboy Christmas the last week of the month.
"We're excited and ready to roll," the publisher said. "Stop by and say hello if you're around!"
